Our location

Steelwind’s production site is located in the industrial area of Nordenham-Blexen, directly on the Weser Estuary and opposite the seaside town of Bremerhaven.

This location offers unique opportunities for the logistics of heavy foundation elements with its own Heavy Lift Terminal Blexen in conjunction with the associated storage area and its own heavy-duty quay facility. The port has been operated competently and reliably by Saar Rhein Transportgesellschaft since 2015. The proximity to many wind turbine manufacturers and the short distance to the North Sea also gives us a major advantage.
